What is the Estimate Cost on your Album Needs?

On any given page there can be anywhere from 1-8 photographs on the layout. To figure an estimate on the total number of pages your photographs will need, take the total number of photographs you plan to submit and divide it by five. That number is then multiplied by $15.00 (based on a 12"x12" layout page) and that will give you an estimated total cost. A 50% deposit of the estimated price quote is required for the creative process to commence.

Adjustments to the estimated total price quote are likely. "Your Memories" will not add any additional charges to your estimated cost without your approval. Adjustments are a result of finding that your photographs require more pages than were initially anticipated in the price quote. If your photos require less pages than anticipated, we will deduct the number of pages not created, at $20.00 (based on a 12"x12" layout page) a page, from your total estimated price quote.

What the Price Includes:

  • Acid-free adhesives

  • All acid-free/lignin-free scrapbooking supplies (i.e., paper, cardstock, stickers, die-cuts, etc.) to create your layout

  • A personal e-mail showing the proposed layouts

  • Unlimited hours of consultation and assistance with photo selection/editing for inclusion in your scrapbook to ensure complete satisfaction with your custom made album

What the Price does NOT Include:

  • The scrapbook album (You can purchase an album locally, on the Internet or from "Your Memories".)
    For a simple 12"x12" album, in your choice of colour, a cost of $20.00 will be added to your order. (An 6"x6" album = $15.00)
    Other album choices will be discussed and quoted at your consultation.

  • Any additional album pages and their protectors

  • Shipping charges for the completed project

Policy

Once we have discussed your project needs, "Your Memories" will e-mail you an estimated price quote. A 50% deposit will be noted in the e-mail and will be required before work will commence on your album.

Upon completion of the scrapbook, you will be billed the remaining cost of the album plus all shipping costs. Once your payment is received and processed, your completed album will be shipped.

Payment Options

You can pay with a personal check or money order made out to "Allison Cope".

If you wish to pay for your item through PayPal, please indicate so and I will send you a PayPal specific receipt to pay for your purchase.

Please note that the work on your album will not commence until your check has been cleared by the bank. The shipment of your album will also be delayed waiting for your final check to be cleared.

All bills will be sent via e-mail. A copy of your bill can be shipped with your final project at your request.
